Liberty advises Sovereign Capital on the IBO of Creare Communications
Liberty Corporate Finance is pleased to announce the completion of the Buy Out of Creare Communications by UK Buy and Build specialist Sovereign Capital.
Creare Communications is one of the UK's leading providers of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) services, working with its clients to improve the 'organic' search results of their websites, assisting with 'pay per click' campaigns and e-commerce functionality.
Founded in 2006, Creare has seen strong growth due to the excellent results it achieves for its clients of improving the visibility of their websites, through which it is able to demonstrate a clear Return on Investment.
Liberty were appointed by Sovereign Capital to advise on the transaction.
