A Clean Sweep for Liberty

Liberty Corporate Finance is pleased to announce the successful completion of the management buy-out of London Property Maintenance.

London Property Maintenance provides a wide range of fully comprehensive support services incorporating contract cleaning, security and building maintenance for office, industrial, retail and specialist environments such as large shopping centres.

Based in Sidcup, Kent and with a turnover in excess of £20million, London Property Maintenance is well placed to make strategic acquisitions in a very fragmented market.

Liberty Corporate Finance advised Sovereign Capital on their investment in the transaction.

Steve Thomson, a Director at Liberty Corporate Finance, commented:

"This is Liberty's third transaction in the first 10 months since Liberty Corporate Finance was formed and was a project that Sovereign Capital had sourced off market and been working on for some time. London Property Maintenance and its management team will provide an excellent platform to fulfil their strategy of consolidation in this market".

Paul Egan, an Assistant Director at Sovereign Capital, commented:

"Liberty Corporate Finance provided both us and the management team with a very high quality of service, advice and assistance throughout the process. As a result of their professionalism and proactive approach I believe that Liberty's contribution was a significant factor in getting this transaction to a successful completion."
