Phoenix Equity Partners ("Phoenix") has made a significant investment in The Travel Chapter Group (“Travel Chapter”) alongside current CEO, James Morris, who has made a substantial reinvestment in the business as part of the transaction.

Travel Chapter is a leading online marketing platform for holiday lettings in the UK. Through its sophisticated marketing capabilities and highly rated customer service model, Travel Chapter provides a compelling holiday lettings proposition to property owners and customers alike. Travel Chapter’s flagship brand is The business currently manages over 2,200 high quality self-catering holiday properties throughout the UK and expects to deliver over 55,000 bookings this year. The business was founded by the Morris family in 1989 and has achieved significant growth under James Morris’ leadership.
