London Property Maintenance provides a wide range of fully comprehensive support services incorporating contract cleaning, security and building maintenance for office, industrial, retail and specialist environments such as large to shopping centres. Based in Kent and with a turnover of £20million, London Property Maintenance is well placed to make strategic acquisitions in a very fragmented market.
Liberty Corporate Finance advised Sovereign Capital on their £5million investment in the transaction.
