Erika has a wide experience of advising within the field of remuneration, and before founding Novare Pay Consulting, Erika worked at Novare Executive Compensation, Aon Hewitt and McLagan in London. Erika has expertise in executive pay, share-based incentive programs and efficiency analyses of remuneration systems.
When not serving clients or reading academic papers, Erika is obsessed with horses.
