Liberty advises the management team of KidsKonnect on its acquisition by Five Arrows Growth Capital.
Five Arrows Growth Capital has completed its investment in KidsKonnect, a market leading childcare software provider.
KidsKonnect is the market leading childcare software provider that offers solutions for daycare centres, out-of-school care, childminder organizations and primary education centres. Today KidsKonnect serves more than one million children in the Netherlands and Belgium via its integrated platform.
KidsKonnect has successfully grown recurring revenue from three million euros in 2018 to twenty million euros in 2021, through a combination of organic growth and bolt-on acquisitions. KidsKonnect is one of the largest and fastest growing software development companies in the Netherlands, with over 150 employees.
Five Arrows Growth Capital will support Peter Baars (CEO) and the KidsKonnect team to further invest in providing innovative software solutions for childcare organisations in the Netherlands and in Belgium while leveraging its strong industry network to expand into other European markets.
Five Arrows Growth Capital is part of the European private equity arm of Rothschild & Co’s Merchant Banking business.
Liberty advised the management team, led by Peter Baars, CEO, on all aspects of their reinvestment and on their new management incentive plan.
