Liberty Corporate Finance is delighted to announce that they have advised the management team of Agilio Software, healthcare operations software provider, on their acquisition by Five Arrows and TA Associates.

Agilio Software is a British provider of software solutions for frontline healthcare operations, boasting a team of over 250 professionals spread across the UK and the Netherlands. The company offers an array of top-tier products designed to streamline and improve vital operational aspects such as workforce management, compliance, and tracking of clinical assets. Since its foundation in 2019, Agilio has rapidly become a leading provider in the UK's dental and primary care markets, while also making strides in the veterinary sector and extending its reach into the Netherlands. Agilio serves a significant clientele, with over 5,200 healthcare practices and groups, including many of the UK’s leading 10 dental groups and Integrated Care Board areas, relying on its systems to boost operational efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.

Former investor, August Equity, first invested in 2019 and has supported the business through 10 acquisitions serving the primary care, dental and veterinary end markets, as well as its international expansion.

Five Arrows and TA will support the next phase of Agilio’s ambitious expansion plans, leveraging their global expertise and proven track record of successfully scaling healthcare technology companies to support further product innovation, sector expansion and international growth. The business will continue to be led by Chairman, Sati Sian, alongside the current management team.
