Liberty advises the management team of AgilityEco on their acquisition by M Group Services
AgilityEco helps energy providers, local authorities and other companies improve home energy efficiency and reduce utility bills. The Surrey-based firm will head up a new Home Decarbonisation area in M Group’s Energy Division joining Morrison Energy Services, Seeka and Callisto.
As a B-Corp focused on creating real change through their home energy efficiency retrofit programmes, joining the M Group Services family is an exciting new chapter for the company.
The backing of M Group Services means AgilityEco can further step up their impact on fuel poverty and home decarbonisation.
Liberty were appointed to advise the management team on their commercial terms in the transaction with M Group.
